At Winder Intellectual Property Law, our role is to not only help clients protect their creativity and innovation to the fullest extent possible, but to help them leverage their intellectual property rights in accomplishing their business objectives.
Intellectual property includes four basic types of protections: Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Trade secrets. We have decades of experience in walking clients through the formal registration process for their intellectual property as well as helping them weigh the costs and benefits of the respective strategies. We have registered hundreds of patents, trademarks and copyrights for our clients representing them before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and U.S. Copyright Office. We also regularly represent clients in connection with drafting and negotiating license agreements in all areas of intellectual property law.

Meet Brent Winder
Brent T. Winder is the founder of Winder Intellectual Property Law. After over two decades working for a large, regional law firm, and seeing the winds changing in the legal market, Brent saw an opportunity to begin an adaptable and customer service-driven firm that allows him to provide sophisticated, large-firm styled legal services but, with considerably lower overhead obligations, at a substantially lower cost.
